2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected for the following purposes:
- Providing, personalising, and improving the Romygo platform services.
- Processing payments and generating ride receipts.
- Connecting Riders with available Drivers near them.
- Ensuring the safety and security of all platform users.
- Communicating with you about your account, rides, and service updates.

- Sending promotional notifications (only with your explicit consent).
3. Sharing Your Information
Romygo does not sell your personal data. We share your information only in the circumstances described below:
3.1. Between Platform Users
To facilitate a ride, we share the Driver's first name, profile photo, rating, and vehicle details with the Rider. We share the Rider's first name and rating with the Driver. Neither party's real phone number is disclosed — we use number masking for all in-app calls.
3.2. Third-Party Service Providers
We share data with trusted service providers who help us operate the platform, including payment processors, cloud infrastructure providers, identity verification services, and analytics providers. These providers are contractually bound to protect your data and use it only for the specified purposes.
3.3. Legal Authorities
We may disclose your information to public authorities, courts, or law enforcement agencies if required by law or if disclosure is necessary to protect the safety of users or the public.
4. Data Storage and Security
